Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled until the order has been confirmed by Creator Comforts.
Customized Order Issues
If there is an issue with a custom order created for you, please reach out through the contact us section of the website.
Please note that we are not able to refund for items where incorrect information was requested by the client; typos, style, sizing issues are refunded if Creator Comforts made the error.
Damage to the garment due to inappropriate handling does not constitute a defective garment. Never put an embroidered item in the dryer or hot water as this could cause shrinkage to the clothing and the embroidery will appear loose as it will not shrink.
Design features
Our company specializes in custom machine embroidery. We can handle most commonly embroidered items ranging from hats to clothing to bags and blankets.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If the design is a customized one, then unfortunately no returns are permitted as the item cannot be resold.
Do you do Screenpinting or DTF?
Nope! We stay specialized in embroidery.
Who is your digitizer? And do you accept digitized files?
We digitize everything in-house. We accept files digitized elsewhere on a case-by-case basis. A poorly-digitized file creates a slower workflow for us, more risk of damage to our machines, and increases the risk of a poor outcome for our client.
